  • 1 tbsp Loose leaf tea or 1 tea bag
  • 1 cup Water
  • Milk optional
  • Suger` optional
  • ½ Lemon optional


  • The first step is to boil water in a saucepan.
  • Put the loose leaf tea or add tea bags into the cup. The tea should be fresh. You can use one teaspoon or one tea bag for one cup.
  • Add sugar and milk if you want to. This is optional because of the black tea taste changes with sugar and milk.
