  • 1 Cup Cocoa Butter
  • ¾ Cup Natural Organic Raw Cocoa
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Unsweetened Vanilla Powder or Extract
  • Pinch of Sea Salt


  • Melt the cocoa butter in a boiler over medium heat.
  • Remove the pan and let the cocoa butter cool down, now add the raw cocoa, sweetener, if you want to add, vanilla extract and pinch of salt.
  • Mix all the ingredients properly. Make sure no water should get into the melted chocolate mixture.
  • Make sure the melted chocolate should not be that hard before you transfer it into the forms. Once you are done putting it in the dish or sheet, leave it for some hours at room temperature until it gets hard.
  • You can also put it into your refrigerator to get harden it more quickly. Though, room temperature gives the finest texture.
